Requirement - Speaks fluent English. Mandarin, Malay and other languages are advantage- Minimum SPM qualification - Computer literate - Pleasant Personality - Willing to learn & work in long working hours - Able to work independently - Had customer service background is an advantage Job Description - Generally handle ticketing - process ticket sales, reservation/booking. - Handle inquiry such as phone calls and emails. - Assist in marketing for show/events in PJLA. - To provide information and direction about PJLA and Jaya One to customers. - To manage complaints from customers on PJLA and Jaya One. - To manage Lost and Found of customer’s items on PJLA and Jaya One. - To manage registrations of any events or programs.
